How do we get started?

Sign up, verify your email and start in the sandbox. Add your business details and try payouts with test funds - no real money moves. When you're ready to go live, complete business verification, confirm your commercial terms and fund your Cleff Account. Prefer a walkthrough? Book a demo.

Do we need an API integration to use Cleff?

No. Your team can manage recipients, create and approve payouts, and track activity from the dashboard. Use the API when you want to connect payouts to your own platform or operational tools.

Is the sandbox free to use?

Yes. Sandbox payouts use test funds and do not move real money or incur payout fees. Email verification opens access; completing your business profile provides test funds. Live pricing is agreed separately during onboarding.

Can we test everything in the sandbox?

You can test bank-payout setup, creation, approvals, simulated disbursement and webhook handling. Sandbox does not send real money, process card payouts or simulate final delivery, settlement and return events. Test those production-only behaviors with small real payouts once approved.

What happens when we are ready to go live?

Complete business verification and confirm your commercial terms. Once approved, fund your Cleff Account and onboard your real recipients. Use production in the dashboard or create a production API key for your integration. Sandbox recipients and payouts do not carry over.
