How do we get started?
Sign up, verify your email and start in the sandbox. Add your business details and try payouts with test funds - no real money moves. When you're ready to go live, complete business verification, confirm your commercial terms and fund your Cleff Account. Prefer a walkthrough? Book a demo.
Can we pay both traders and affiliates?
Yes. Manage trader rewards and affiliate commissions in Cleff. Your firm supplies the approved amounts and controls every payout, whether you work from the dashboard or through the API.
Do we need developers to start paying traders?
No. Use the dashboard to invite recipients, create payouts and track their progress. You can upload a CSV for multiple payouts. Connect the API when you need payouts inside your own systems.
Do traders need a Cleff account?
No. Invite traders to enter their payout details through a hosted link with your logo and colors. They do not need a Cleff login. Your firm still completes its recipient checks before creating payouts.
Does Cleff decide who qualifies for a reward?
No. Your firm sets the trading rules, calculates rewards and decides which payouts to approve. Cleff handles the payout instructions you provide, without replacing your eligibility or risk process.
How quickly can people get paid?
Eligible US bank accounts and US debit cards can receive instant payouts once those methods are enabled for your business. Other methods follow their own timelines. International delivery depends on the destination and payout method.
Can traders check their payout status?
Yes. Traders and your team can follow payout status. Your team sees it in the dashboard, and the API and webhooks can bring payout updates into your own system. Any reported failure details help your team follow up.
Who handles identity checks and tax forms?
Your business handles recipient identity checks and tax forms. Cleff verifies your business and records your confirmation that you have independently checked each recipient. Collecting payout details does not replace those checks.
How is pricing structured?
Sandbox testing is free. Live payout pricing is per payout, not per recipient, with commercial terms based on your volume. We confirm the applicable fees before you go live.
